The 1336-BDB-SP72D by AB is part of the PCB Gate Drive Board series and it has been engineered for working with adjustable frequency AC drives. This board has the ability to operate with 460V AC voltage and it also has a horsepower rating of 250 HP. This board has several modules, each of them being able to fit effectively into frame sizes A, B, C, D, or E. The 1336-BDB-SP72D board features brake chopper modules which need to be installed in a proper way so that they can provide maximum performance. The first basic instruction that needs to be kept in mind is installing the brake chopper in a vertical position since this is vital and then all the other instructions can be followed.
