The Mitsubishi MR-J2S-70A (MRJ2S70A) is a 200V Melservo MR-J2 servo amplifier. The first of the power supplies, the control circuit. The voltage is a 1-phase voltage which has a voltage orbiting within 200 to 230VAC and a frequency of 50/60Hz; nevertheless, the servo amplifier is allowed to waver between170 to 253VAC. The main circuit has the same voltage and frequency with the exception that the voltage is 3-phase and is given a supplemental 1-phase voltage with a voltage of 230VAC.

The MR-J2S-70A servo amplifier may configure to the following servo motors (that may connect to the amplifier as described below): HC-KFS73(B), HC-KFS46, HC-KFS410, HC-MFS73(B), HC-UFS72(B), and HC-UFS73(B).

On the MR-J2S-70A servo amplifier has six screw terminals and four ports. The top three screw terminals are entitled ‘L1, L2, L3’. These terminals may connect to the magnetic contractor which could then link to a circuit breaker. The bottom three screw terminals named ‘U, V, W’ connect to a servo motor of the series that is suitable for the MR-J2S-70A servo amplifier. The encoder of the servo motor can than connect to a CN2 port. Then the CN3 port can link to a personal computer that has a MR Configurator that is of the RS-232C. The last two ports, the CN1A and the CN1B ports, are able to connect to a terminal block, allowing each to link to the applicable modules. The CN1B port of the MR-J2S-70A servo amplifier can attach to a control signal; the CN1A can link to a positioning control module.
