When the booster is inactive, a piston is held at one end of a
cylinder by a spring.
The cylinder is full of oil supplied from a line from the
governor's sump.
Compressed air applied to the side of the piston opposite this oil
forces the piston
against the oil, which flows through ports at the other end of the
cylinder to the governor.
