According to Japan Economic News on October 18, the International
Federation of Robots (IFR) said at a news conference
in Tokyo on October 18 that global sales of industrial robots are
expected to maintain an average annual growth rate of about 14% by
2021.
It is estimated that sales in 2021 will reach 630,000 units, up to
more than 1.5 times in 2017.
