A: The 3300 XL 8 mm system provides output voltage proportional to distance between probe tip and the conductive

target surface (static or dynamic)./mm (200 mV/mil) for the 8 mm version.

Q2: What are the environmental / temperature ratings?

A: For example: the 8 mm probe (part 330101-00-32-10-02-00) lists operating/storage temperature

−51 °C to +177 °C (−60 °F to +351 °F).

Q3: Are these probes backward compatible?

A: Yes — the 3300 XL 8 mm system is designed so the probe, extension cable, and Proximitor

sensor are backward compatible/interchangeable with previous 3300 series 5 mm/8 mm

components (though mixing may limit performance

to the non-XL components).

Q4: What is the thread and mounting information for this “330103” variant?

A: The “330103” series uses M10 × 1 thread (metric) without armor.
You should ensure mounting depth, thread engagement

and gap (probe tip to target) meet the

machine manufacturer’s

specification.
