P1:What is the sensitivity of this probe?

R1: Typically 200 mV per mil (≈ 7.87 V/mm).

P2:Can I swap or interchange with other 3300 probes or cables?

R2: Yes, the 3300 / 3300 XL design supports interchangeability among probes,

extension cables, and Proximitors without individual matching.

P3: What environmental conditions can it handle?

R3:It’s built for harsh industrial environments, resistant to mechanical stress,

temperature extremes (depending on version),

and with good insulation resistance.

P4:How to select the correct gap / calibration offset?

The gap (distance from probe tip to target) should be set according to Bently’s

recommended range; calibration is typically done during commissioning

with known reference distances. Consult the system documentation.
