Q1: What makes the NSv (Narrow Side-view) system unique?

A1:It is specially designed for narrow target environments where standard 5 mm or 8 mm probes can't fit.

It still provides excellent performance on smaller shaft targets while maintaining Bently Nevada’s industry-standard sensitivity and linear range.

Q2: Is this probe compatible with legacy Bently Nevada systems?

A2:Electrically and mechanically, it is compatible with 3300 RAM systems.

However, for accurate performance, it should always be used with the designated 3300 XL NSv extension cables and Proximitor sensors.

Q3: What is the purpose of the ClickLoc™ connector?

A3:The ClickLoc™ connector ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection that “clicks” into place,

preventing accidental disconnection and reducing signal interference risks in industrial environments.

Q4: Can the probe be cut or modified in the field?

A4:No. This probe comes pre-configured from the factory and cannot be modified (cut/extended) in

the field without risking performance degradation or voiding warranties.
