1. What type of cable is used?

It is a 75-ohm triaxial extension cable with FEP (fluorinated ethylene propylene)

insulation designed for harsh industrial environments and precise signal transmission.

2. Is this cable compatible with other Bently Nevada systems?

This cable is specifically designed for the 3300 XL Proximity System, and it must be matched with

compatible 3300 XL probes and Proximitor sensors to maintain total system accuracy.

3. Can this cable be used in hazardous environments?

Yes. The "05" in the part number indicates it is certified for

use in hazardous areas with ATEX, CSA, and IECEx approvals.

4. What is the mechanical strength of the connectors?

The cable features CableLoc™ technology, providing up to 330 N (75 lbf) pull strength at the

cable entry. It also includes ClickLoc™ gold-plated connectors for secure, corrosion-resistant connections.
