1. What environments is it built for?
High-reliability conditions: RFI/EMI-immune, CE-compliant without requiring special conduit,

and suitable for turbine oil exposure when using FluidLoc or armored cables .

2. Can it handle extreme temperatures?
Yes—standard up to +177 °C, with ETR (extended-temperature) options available;

extension cables also support elevated temps up to +260 °C.

3. Is field wiring limited in length?
Yes—for 3300 XL systems, max 305 m (1000 ft) between proximitor and monitoring unit;

extension cables use ClickLoc connectors with high pull-strength .

4. Do I need to calibrate the system?
No—it's factory-calibrated for AISI 4140 steel with full interchangeability,

no bench matching required. Mixing with non‑XL parts will limit to non‑XL specs.
