Typically ±6.35 mm (±0.25 in), depending on the calibrated target.

2. Can this probe connect to other Bently Nevada system sizes?
Yes—the 8 mm probe, extension cables, and Proximitor are swap-compatible with non‑XL 3300 5/8 mm system parts.

3. What’s the temperature tolerance?
Standard: –60 to +177 °C. Optional ETR version (model 330192‑10‑80‑90‑05) extends cable tolerance to +500 °F.

4. Is it safe for hazardous environments?
Yes—with CSA, ATEX, IECEx approvals available (suffix codes like “05”).
